When will my items be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. We ship orders out Monday thru Friday. Please remember there is no shipping on holidays.
With Custom Orders you will be advised of your shipping date.
Are all items in stock?
All items listed are in stock when the listing is created. We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime.
We make every effort to keep our web site updated daily.
If we are out of stock on a certain Item you will receive a credit for the out of stock merchandise or we we can custom make your order for you which will delay the delivery time by 48 hours.
We do not accept returns for special order items.
Our handcrafted items are packed in custom made packaging that is a work of art. Because of this all returns must have original complete packaging.
All returns should be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email the order number, item (s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return to email@example.com.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and please include the copy of the RMA email from Chrysalis.
Unless an RMA number is requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the RMA number, return will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
We will issue a new product or refund, if the product you purchased is no longer available, for defective or damaged merchandise.
The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. However, your replacement product will be shipped out for free.
There will be a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items.
